Our Vision for our

West End Affordable Housing (WEAH)

This is a collaborative project with the Port for 16 affordable housing units in 3 different buildings. The first project is 1904 Linn Street, a mixed-use building with commercial on floor one, and two residential units. The second project is 2011 Colerain, a solely residential project with a mix of bedroom options ranging from one to three bedrooms. The third project is 2025 Colerain, a mixed-use building with commercial on the first floor and residential units above with one and two bedrooms.
